Dr. Yohan Delton is a scientist who holds a PhD in Applied Social Psychology with an emphasis in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. He currently heads the Industrial and Organizational Psychology emphasis at BYU-Idaho. He has received training from the Harvard Business School and presents regularly at international scientific research conferences. He is a member of the Society for Industrial Organizational Psychology and consults with various organizations. He is the CEO for Acumos, a social business venture that provides scientific research and coaching services to help organizations connect emotionally with customers, improve employee performance, and help leaders provide a healthy and meaningful culture for their organizations. Acumos uses its profits to benefit at-risk populations.
