About Our Campus:
The higher education experience is about more than just what happens in the classroom. For students to thrive when away from home for the first time, it is important that they have a safe, clean, enriching, and fun place to live, study, and grow.
Campus life at TAC combines a variety of activities on site as well as in the surrounding areas.
The American Campus classroom and administration building is located at Royal Road Belle Rose, Quatre-Bournes, Mauritius. (Click here to view map) TAC has easy access to transportation stops from students housing, shops, restaurants, and world-class medical facilities.

Technology:
We focus on the use of technology both in the classrooms and virtually in order to optimize learning. In coordination with our academic partners in the United States, we will provide our students with some of the most sophisticated technology for use in higher education. All TAC classrooms will be equipped with projection systems, a SMART board , whiteboards, and "Clicker" response systems.
TAC’s computer laboratory/study area gives students access to specialized computer software and high-speed Internet services. Students can bring their own computers and connect to high-speed internet, or use TAC computers to complete course assignments.
Student Work Space:
The campus library has open learning and collaborative spaces, which will be equipped with tables, chairs, and sofas to promote student interaction and group work, but also facilitates individual study.
TAC students will have access to an extensive virtual library that will include e-books, magazines, and journals. We also provide a physical library that will contain a selected number of books that are pertinent to TAC academic programs.
In addition to a technology-enabled space, we provide comfortable and bright collaborative and private study areas for students.
TAC Portal:
Students will also have access to a portal that provides current information and personalized messages from faculty. Through the TAC portal, students will be able to check their academic status and register for courses. This portal will allow students to join groups that include American students at partner institutions to discuss learning topics.
