Academic Support Director

Waite is an educator with experience across a wide variety of ages and disciplines.  She holds a Bachelor degree in Multidisciplinary Studies and a Master of Teacher Education from Eastern Oregon University.  Her graduate work included Elementary Education, English to Speakers of Other Languages, and Spanish.  Waite has taught in Preschool, Elementary, Middle School, and Adult Education classrooms.  Her roles have also included tutoring students in secondary and college preparation Math and English, as well as career advising. She also works as a Spanish interpreter for various schools and organizations and volunteers her time helping people through the process of immigration in the United States.
