About this course:

Discover your personal strengths and enhance your self awareness to thrive in your professional life. Whether you are in a new job, or have been in your role for years, this program is designed to help you grow so you can align yourself with who you want to be!

Participants will increase self-awareness with the MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) personality tool. They will identify their strengths and overcome limiting beliefs to become who they want to be. Particapants will improve communication to effectively collaborate as a team member and as a leader. They will learn how to build upon the skills they already have to lead from their strengths.

Additionally, this course helps participants to achieve an ideal life balance through developing quality time management and stress management techniques.

Schedule: This is an 6 hour training that will be administered throughout three two hour sessions.
