Provost and Chief Academic Officer

Dr. Neville received a PhD in Health Promotion and Education from the University of Utah. She has taught for 18 years as adjunct faculty for five traditional and online universities. She has significant executive experience in the health services arena and has worked at the Salt Lake County Health Department in several positions including Community Health Division Director and Health Promotion Bureau Manager. She has served as president of the Utah Public Health Association and Utah Nutrition Council, and Board Member of the Utah Health Policy Project. She has contributed to humanitarian projects in Utah, Colombia, and the Dominican Republic and has conducted research on all seven continents.
