Anju Rambaruth is a creative, strategic and innovative Business consultant. She has broad based experience in Strategic Brand Management, Marketing, Sales, and Financial Services derived from numerous roles in multinationals, financial and retail businesses in Mauritius, South Africa and UK. She achieves success by recognizing trends and develops creative solutions that leverage the most up-to-date tools in support of marketing and sales goals. She is an agile problem solver with over 10 years experience managing teams across multiple business units including marketing, sales, finance, and customer service. She has demonstrated the ability to create rapport & strategic partnerships with people and organizations from all walks of life, cultural and national backgrounds efficiently. She is driven and passionate about woman empowerment and is engaged in projects which contribute towards building capacity among SMEs in Mauritius. Anju has an MBA from University of Surrey, a Post Graduate Diploma in Management, as well as a BSc with majors in Biochemistry and Microbiology from University of Cape Town.
