About this course:

Communication is an essential component of any business. Whether a business is in hospitality, education, food services or anything in between. People are the most important part of any organization, and when people communicate productively with each other, it sets the organization up for success!

The training is designed for organizations that want to improve the effectiveness and authenticity of their communication. It uses the MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) to understand various communication styles based on personality types. Participants will identify and understand their own preferred method of communication, and learn to identify and adapt to others’.

Participants will also learn best practices in professional writing and speaking in order to develop a holistic communication skillset.

Schedule: This is an 8 hour training that can be done in either one full day workshop, or four two hour sessions.
